M/s. Global Enviros contributed in water conservation by implementing and operating the Waste Water Recycling Plants for Government organizations like Railways and industries, etc. Some of such plants are as below,
Solapur Station
The Waste Water Recycling Plant at Central Railway, Solapur Division at Solapur Station of 500KLD capacity designed, constructed and was operated for 4years from 2015. The treated water is being used for platform washing, gardening, coach washing, etc. and was very useful in draught conditions in 2015 and 2019 due to scarcity of domestic water supply from Municipal Corporation.
Wadi Station
The Waste Water Recycling Plant at Central Railway, Solapur Division at Wadi Station of 350KLD capacity designed, constructed and being operated for 4years from 2017. The treated water is being used for platform washing, gardening, coach washing, etc.
Pune Station
The Waste Water Recycling Plant at Central Railway, Pune Division, at Pune Station of 500KLD capacity designed, constructed and operated for 4years from 2016. The treated water is being used for platform washing, gardening, coach washing, etc. saving the fresh water.
Ghorpadi Station
The Waste Water Recycling Plant at Central Railway, Pune Division, at Ghorpadi Station of 500KLD capacity designed, constructed and operated for 3years from 2017.The treated water is being used for platform washing, gardening, coach washing, etc. saving the fresh water.
Nanded Station
The Waste Water Recycling Plant at South Central Railway, Nanded Division, at Nanded Station of 50KLD capacity designed, constructed and operated for 1½ years from February 2019. The treated water is being used for toilet flushing in public, coach washing, gardening, etc. saving the fresh water.
Kurduwadi Station
The Waste Water Recycling Plant at Central Railway, Solapur Division, at Kurduwadi Station of 50KLD capacity designed, constructed and operated for 6 months from January 2020. The treated water is being used for toilet flushing in public and staff quarters, gardening, etc. saving the fresh water.
MIDC Taloja
The Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) at M/s. Castlerock Fisheries Ltd., MIDC Taloja of 300KLD capacity designed, constructed in 2018. The treated water is being used for floor washing, gardening, etc. saving the fresh water.
Tulinj
The Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) at Tulinj and Sir D.M. Petit Hospitals of Vasai-Virar City Municipal Corporation of 40KLD capacity each designed, fabricated, supplied and operated for 6months from July 2019.
Chandansar Trauma care Centre
The Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) at Chandansar Trauma care Centre (COVID Hospital) at Virar (E) of Vasai-Virar City Municipal Corporation of 40KLD capacity each designed, fabricated, supplied and installed on 15.08.2020
Ahmednagar Municipal Corporation
The Fecal Sludge Treatment Plant (FSTP) at Ahmednagar Municipal Corporation of 20KLD capacity constructed and operated for 4months from March 2020. The recovered water and sludge as manure is being used for plantation.
Matunga
The Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) of 40KLD capacity based on MBR Technology for Carriage Repairs Workshop, Central Railway, Matunga, Mumbai constructed and being operated for 1year from December 2020.
COVID Hospital at Bholinj
The Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) at proposed COVID Hospital at Bholinj of Vasai-Virar City Municipal Corporation of 40KLD capacity each designed, fabricated, supplied and operated.
